With Naomi Judd's recent passing, it has me thinking about my own depression and anxiety. Have I hidden in my own house for two years? Kind of...especially these last two years during the pandemic. I'll admit, it was nice. It is also nice to be out of the house as well. I am grateful that I do not need to leave the house every day though. What does my life look like when depression and anxiety take a backseat? It has to start with the day before, right? 7:00 - 8:00 PM: Enjoy the day by sitting with my beautiful wife in the living room with our tiny family while watching a recorded program or Wheel of Fortune followed by Jeopardy. Of course, getting a few of the puzzles and answers correct doesn't hurt. 8:00 - 9:00 PM: Getting the bed ready; take meds; wash face/brush teeth; get workout clothes and work clothes ready for the next day; clean kitchen; pick up stuff off the floor and flat surfaces; let the dogs ou...
